For instance, dedicate 9 AM to 10 AM to emails, 10 AM to 12 PM to working on a report, and so on.

Consistency is key in a schedule. Keep these routines intact to carve out time for high-priority tasks while ensuring a balanced day. Do the same things as you engage in online learning, such as setting clear hours for studying on a reliable platform. A strong schedule fosters discipline and prevents procrastination.

Cut Out Distractions

External interruptions and distractions often eat into precious time. Start by eliminating the biggest culprits—turn off app notifications, place your phone on silent—or in another room—and consider using website blockers to stay on track.
